Meet the owner

Aidan Merchant studied fashion design at Central Saint Martins and the University of North Texas. With a background in research, business analysis, and project management, she found her motivation to shift gears back to fashion when her child began wanting gender-free clothing. Dissatisfied with having to choose between the boys' and girls' departments and discovering her family wasn't alone on their journey, she set out to change the culture of children's wear. Thus began the story of Bijou Kids--clothing without limits, so kids can be kids!
